In a stimulating atmosphere of friendly competition, our hybrid drives in the AMRAP formula offer running*alternating with physical challenges standardized.
For 45 minscomplete our twelve (12)-station circuit as many times as possible, facing the same functional exercises than those found in fitness racing and programmed at half the standard volume.
