OBSTACLE SPORTS
02
Our student-athletes practice the 4 disciplines of obstacle sports: obstacle racing, ninja racing, adventure racing and hybrid racing.
Race
with obstacles
Varying in distance and often held in mountainous terrain, obstacle courses are physical events in which participants face obstacles reminiscent of military training - walls to climb, heavy transport, ropes to climb - following a predetermined, marked course.
Ninja
Generally short-distance, ninja sport challenges the agility, coordination and explosive abilities of athletes facing complex obstacles in rapid succession.
Race
endurance
Adventure racing refers to orienteering-like experiences where athletic skills are combined with survivalist manual or intellectual skills. Often based on teamwork, the challenges encountered develop the athlete's physical and mental stamina.
Miscellaneous programming
Circuit training, nature climbs, outdoor running: variety to avoid boredom.
Stimulating obstacles
Our obstacle course offers fun challenges to optimize the student-athlete's progress and achievements.
Positive community
Everyone pushes their limits at their own pace, supported by their training buddies.
Motivating competitions
The student-athlete puts his or her physical and mental abilities to the test in one-off obstacle events.
This concentration integrates several sports and skills and enables young people to learn to surpass themselves and achieve their goals in a caring environment.
Émilie H. Parent
